Couldn't you change the inherent racial bonuses in the previous versions? The bonuses to logistics, loyalty, and soldiering give me only 10 points to spend! Is there anyway or any tool with which to modify this?
Hello, After several months of absence from GalCiv II, I had finally resolved to return to the game. However, after patching, I found my custom races/saves erased. Not too much of a problem, I figured. I recalled most of the stats of my old race, and had finished most of my old games anyway (never really bothered with the campaign).
