Minor Graphical Glitch in Technical Sins Forums

For the most part my Sins install works great, but I am having a minor graphical hiccup that is annoying. It only happens in the Keybindings option screen or next to the keybindings listed on the Infocards in game. About every other second or so the key listed will flash and I'll get some additional odd characters there that quickly disappear. I can't remember the name for the characters, but they're mostly vertical rectangles, the kind of thing that shows up if you open a foreign language pa
