Nadda, still have the same effect after putting it on 0 and restarting. Maybe it's because I HAVE a high-end card? (It is JUST the movies, but the movies in this game are nice and entertaining.) I think the AA off actually made the title screen itself run slightly choppier.

1) Make another larger galaxy size.(Maybe one half the size of gigantic added TO gigantic.) 2) Even more control over the contents of a galaxy. Set a minimum distance between stars, maximum planets per star, etc... So all the races aren't so clustered. 3) A colossus size ship that is super expensive to build.(Like EVE I guess) And also, minor events would be nice after choosing your alignment, but of course you would have to always choose your alignment. That way you a
I got the best one out of all of you, you're going to love this. Ahem... The Terran Empire has discovered a precursor artifact... blah blah blah etc... All planets within 2 sectors of the Sol system... something about them becoming class 13. ... Happy hunting me! (captures over half of those planets) I challenge anyone to beat that Mega Event.
I know this question has probably been asked an answered hundreds of times but I can't find any answers. Any movie in Dark Avatar except for the title movies is very choppy and I have tried quite a few things but can't figure out what it is. (This including Anti-Aliasing.) I was hoping someone could answer this again. My computer runs a Nvidia Geforce 7950 GX2 and is Dual-Core, I have the drivers for the dual-core which otherwise causes planets to spin. My OS is Windows XP so it's n
Unlike most, I actually have never heard of Galactic Civilizations until II came out and Gamespot did a demo feature on it. That's what got me hooked, usually the words "turn-based strategy" make me want to go in a bloody rampage, but in the case of singleplayer it's one whole different thing. Galactic Civilizations II is my favorite sandbox game. Honestly, even though I love multiplayer in games even to me Galactic Civilizations is just too big for more than one person. Knowing the team they co
Because this just seems like an entirely common bug here it goes. After about 5-20 minutes of playing GalCiv2(patched) things in little view windows such as ships in the shipyard, planets in the top left in the colony screens, and a couple other things that spin in their windows begin to spin wildly. Soon after it advances to making my screen go crazy and teleport and move around wildly when I scroll by using the normal cursor against the side of the screen method. Not
