I did send a coustutructor to the station but it said no new modules available for the military starbase. How do I put in new modules where do I upgrade.

Here's what I did I clicked the starport then clicked on the contrust ship to upgrade it it says no new modules available for military starbase.

I bulit a starport but there's no new ship appear in the box. And I no military upgrade how do I upgrade that too?

Hi I am new here, I started play the game today but I can't build ship new I need help on that? When that box thing comes up it says I have zero military need to upgrade or something how do I do that? I also contrust a starbase for military and hit turn in the right hand coner then go to the starbase but there no new units.
