i did it in one sitting, well tried to heheh never received any reinforcements, had to do it the hard way captured all the "victory locations" before killing halee, then destroyed the nexus, then cleared out the remaining defences around the fermium deposit, then captured fermium deposit, then.......... game continues, no mission complete. spent some time destroying every building and unit on the map, even tried to attack my ally (no luck there). saved and reloaded and al

i have completed all the objectives on the second genesis mission (captured all non resource locations, destroyed halee's base, captured fermium deposit), but game does not end and non of the objectives are marked as complete. a save and reload resulted in halee's base defences re-spawning and all of the game dialog re starting (objectives still marked as incomplete)
