In the time i used firefox 7 i had crashes when i had like 14 tabs open for a long time.. i switched back to the new safari 5.1.1 and the browser is excellent and performs amazingly. i can have up to 30 tabs open throughout the day, its easy to manage and very responsive on my laptop.

Did you know flash does not support 64bit browsers? Thats very annoying and arrogant towards processor enhancements and performance advantages etc
Im comfortable with my laptop and it does well so im sure if you stop running sins at the highest setting you will start to enjoy the game. I have QuadCore, GTX 460 on my pc that i never use really but at those settings u play at---- my system will also lag

A possible solution for you knowalien is pressing Ctrl+Alt+F4 when the game starts to lag. I've never tried this but most people say it will solve your problem in an instant. Good luck

I enjoy playing sins more on my weak laptop than my more powerful pc because both experience the late game lag and sins runs well enough if u follow the general rule: Turn off virtual memory if u have more than 3gb of ram for all hard disks. turn off indexing for all hard disks.
