Wow, I didn't even see that update. Will check it out. Edit: works on Vista. I think Doc might be right, Vad.

I'm on Vista, Philly, and Tinted weather works for me. You mean running/extracting from the zip gives you an error?
Thanks for reading, everyone! [e digicons]:)[/e]
Love the color palette. Lookin' good, Xi!
Congratulations, Tim! You have two beautiful daughters. [e digicons]:)[/e]
19 out of 25. That was fun.
Wow! That's awesome. The one of the cat is very impressive.
Please consider a proper dialog window for adding custom files. The one we have now is entirely cumbersome, counterintuitive, and unnatural. It's too small, too tedious to navigate, and cannot add multiple files at once.
Very happy to hear this great news! I hope that infection clears soon. Take care, Lisa and Jim.[e digicons]:)[/e] [e digicons]
Good news. [e digicons]:sun:[/e] [e digicons]
So sorry to hear this, Jim. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your wife. I hope everything turns out okay. [e digicons]
Yes, the silica weather widget that comes with DX no longer works due to a change with the weather service provider. Stardock has said they will remove or replace silica...I can't speculate on when. See the DX widget galleries for new, working weather widgets. See the following threads for more info, if you haven't already: https://forums.wincustomize.com/358892 <a href="https://forums.wincustomize.com/358595
Man, that really blows. I hope you recover your stuff, Tim. Good luck.

Ah. Well, I have yet to find any working script that can extract the icons of files/programs, due to the way icons are stored. Only way I know how is through drag and drop. It is possible to get the content of a folder then create (clone) shortcut text objects for each item (did this for my Dirty NrG theme start menu.) If you still want icons you could, alternatively, use FileSystemObject to identify the file types of each item in the folder then assign your own custom
Do you mean a shortcut to a folder that opens as a pop up menu and lists the contents of the folder? You can set that in shortcut properties by checking Open As Popup Menu.
For tone's sake, I'd pare back some of the exclamation marks and all caps (this is still a good opportunity for exposure), but the content of the email seems just right to me.
when you go to thier site do you see any other members of the WinCustomize community skins there? If you do, it might be worth it checking with them.
I saw some of Vampothika's cursors there, too. I wonder if they've contacted her yet.
Sounds like an odd way of getting new members/authors to participate on their site, but they don't look nefarious. You might consider contacting them on having your WC page linked instead. Do they make you a member automatically? Can you login and change anything?
The nonsensical song...the chipmunk-like dancing...it was all utterly bewildering. [e digicons]8|[/e]

That's very nice. [e digicons][/e] I like the media player incorporated into the start panel.
@Anakey It's around 40%. A few more backend stuff to do, like webcams, making sure everything works, etc, and then it's on to applying the info to the graphics interface. Since WU gives local time, we should be able to implement nighttime icons.
[e digicons]:inlove:[/e] Joy to the world! DX ain't dead! [e digicons]\o/[/e] Yes! Great news. Though, I'm sad to see the systray won't be included anymore. Does that mean the taskbar is going, too? Seems incomplete without the systray. Anywho, WPF sounds like a great opportunity for DX to do even more amazing things. Can't wait! *is happy now* [e digicons]|-)[/e]
