As a female, I don't see what all the hubub is about. Promotions and gender seem like completely separate issues on this site. The people doing the promotions do not appear to do so based on gender. Some have even stated so in this thread. Furthermore, once you start counting up the days/months/years between promotions you'll lose sight of what's supposed to be important; that is, skinning because you love it and not for notoriety. For that you need to import to DX Builder, select all, r-click and open properties. Set activation to none. (You'll have to access them from the DX Builder r-click menu > list objects, to select all and export again)
