Boot and Log On Screens? in Beginners WinCustomize Forums

I am still new to the customization thing and am using skins (Cyclops) and IP (Icon-A-Day) and all is well. Ive just downloaded Boot Screens and Log On Screens and cant seem to get them to run. Is there an .exe file that I am missing or do I need a special program to load them? Thanx!
