Missing possibility "Switch Chapter" after update in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

High, purchase game GalCiV II Ultimate Edition in Czechia from "Hypermax" (Kalypso). After install is all OK - launcher have possibility "Switch Chapter". After update with Impulse this possibility is missing. It is not serious, all older versions can run direct with .exe file. But... Registration with Impulse is OK, no pirate copy. Can You help me?

Hi, I have GalCiv2 - Dread Lords - Collectors Edition from Paradox. I know, official update for this version is 1.4x. If however use Stardockcentral, offers me update to 1.5. I'm reding here, that the 1.5 is for Dark Avatar. Shall I it update? Thanks for reply.
