LOL! Good one. "Shirley Hendzell"... I almost forgot that nickname! I was just thinking "I don't remember a Shirley... I remember a Curt..." Highlander... I'd watch those new hairdressers coming in... they like cutting hair just below a pony... ;) ~Nickie
dork face
Takes one to know one. :P Dang, I knew I should have held out for the bribe. LOL! To all else (not to hijack your thread Zu...but whatever. :P ). I miss the morning giggles on IRC, and my fight for the Tigers, though I did lose that fight this year. LOL! I'm doing great. I'm working for another software company right now, and the drive is much better than what I have been experiencing the last couple years.
oh btw... I do expect you to wear your pants. we told you that last year! Someone tell Andrew I said the forums look awesome.
how in the world did I get missed out being mentioned as one of the original members? See... i leave, and you forget about me already. :P
Is he standing outside the prison? Hmmm... maybe that's where the prison quote on IRC came from. :D
According to my facebook, your birthday isn't till tomorrow. Then again, it is "tomorrow" for Jafo. LOL! Anyway, happy birthday! Hope you have a great one! Tell Susan she's allowed to treat you this one time. ;) :D
You guys are hilarious. Nice pic guys. um... Zu... forget the tattoo on your chest. ;)
/me is curious how you were able to purchase Toon XP. Are you sure you purchased MyColors Toon Desktop, and not Toon XP Premium Suite? They are 2 different things.
MyColors 2.0 is what you need to use for Vista. You can get the latest update by checking Impulse, or when in MyColors 1.0 click on settings, click the button to check for updates. Wait a couple moments and you should get a pop up that says there are updates available and asks if you would like to download the updates. Click "ok" (or yes...not sure which it is). Hope that answers your question.
Try again today. Let me know if you still have problems.
Thanks for the heads up. It seems our sever just went down. We're working on it as I type. Sorry!!
It's out. :)
Correct, because it's not able to run under the new(er) MyColors Theme Manager. Which is why we took it down from our sites until they were able to run on the updated ThemeManager. If you have the old (original)version of the MyColors ThemeManager, you can run it from that one.
If you're wanting it to match your MyColors Theme, you can right click the image on the dock. Click Dock Entry Properties. Then click Reset Image. This will change it to your current theme's settings. :)
We do have Univ. of Oklahoma on the list to make. Unsure of the ETA at the moment.
If you haven't heard yet (sorry for such a late response) - The MyColors Toon update won't work till we update it to be Vista Compatible. This should be happening soon. We are in the process of updating all the original MyColors Themes that were not Vista Compatible to be Vista Compatible. Thanks!
Our goal is to get all the Colleges. Though, I can't give you an ETA on Northwestern atm.
Thirdly, are those of us who extended our Object Desktop subscriptions ever going to get the 2-3 themes we were promised?
Yes, it is coming, but I don't know the ETA for it yet. We'll keep everyone posted!
Fourth, could we please have update notes when themes are updated?
As for finding out themes are updated, If you go to Impulse, you will see what has been updated. If there's a major update, something is usually said on WC or the f
You can just open the MyColors ThemeManager, click Add Registration, enter your serial number/registry info for that theme. If you don't have the MyColors ThemeManager installed, then it downloads MyColors ThemeManager as well, you don't download it everytime you get a new theme... unless you uninstalled the MyColors ThemeManager.
I've had this happen a couple times to a machine I test a lot of stuff on, and often remote into using a different os, screen resolution, etc. Though I've generally run into the problem after RD'ing in. I've been able to "fix" it in 2 ways. I kill the explorer process in task manager, and then run it again. Or I reboot my machine. I'll pass this information on though. Thanks!
I updated the MyColors ThemeManager, and grabbed a download of SoSE through the MyColors ThemeManager, and everything worked fine. I'm on 32-bit XP. Also try rebooting your machine. Let us know what error messages (if any) you're getting.
I will try to run SoSE under MyColors on my computer here. Meanwhile, can you tell us what OS you are using? Where did you get the download from (Impulse, our MyColors website, or a link in store receipt, etc)? Thanks!
Hmmm... what are you trying to purchase? Maybe if I try to purchase what you're purchasing I can dupe the error. Please be patient. We can't be watching a forum thread every minute. Someone will respond to your inquiries once they are read. Thanks,
The store is up, and working properly. Can you give more details as to what issues you're having?
Ok, we're looking into this issue. I apologize for any inconveniences.
