Medical insurance is a basic human right in the Netherlands. Yes, it has to be paid. Everyone must be insured here. One pays about 30 dollar a month. The rest is paid by the employer or one of the social security systems we have here when one is unemployed. The risk is too high to be uninsured because the health services are extremely expensive. There are all kinds of hidden scenes in that trailer. For an example: In the beginning of the trailer, you'll see the ring briefly. Pause the trailer. Then rewind it a few seconds and repeatedly play and pause the trailer in between and you'll see a new scene for a fraction of a second. You'll see Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli (and the two horses). It looks like the Paths of the Death. I am not sure, but it looks like there are some ghouls in that scene too. [Message Edited]
