Dark Mist: Yes. It was never my intension to replace the system. Just to add the HotList. You can read that in the top of this thread. The HotList was intended as a kind of an alternative. A list with tips. In the Netherlands we had such a system for music. One list showed the hits and the other showed the tips (new music that _may_ soon enter the list of hits). On the other side, if skinners (like Adni) just skin to be in that list then I am not sure if that will contribute to the qual

Clearly the admins are experimenting with the Top Author list. IMHO that is a good thing. That list rarely changes. People that are working hard and have a good skin will never reach it. The list is used by a part of the downloaders. It will enforce the strong position that they already have. I assume that the Featured Skin also has an impact on the results. I am not sure how the new list is calculated, but I can assume that the admins are trying to remove these disadvantages.

Dark Mist: Yes. That is my idea too. That is why I started this thread in the first place. The Top Downloads/Authors list are nice, but these do not support new talent. And new talent is what we need for the future. Not just popular skins, but also good quality ones. That is why it would be great to combine it with the Experimental section. [Message Edited]

To change the way your IE looks use WebBlinds. To change the way the logon looks use LogonStudio (you need XP too, BTW). Go to the WebBlinds and Logons sections and look at the top of these pages. You'll find links to their websites and a link to download them.

You can request whatever you want. Problem is that these artists make things for themselves. They do not work here/there. They just do it for fun, fame and/or glory. SkinToolWindows=1 means that tool windows (the ones with the small caption) are skinned. In WB 3.5 and UIS2 skins it will use the normal frame images and buttons. In UIS1 skins there can be special window borders defined for it. In WB4 the format of the tool windows haas been changed. SkinToolWindows=1 is not required for that.
