If your looking to replace the Hard Drive, it would help to know what your budget is. I personally am now using a Solid State Drive (OCZ Agility 128 SSD) for my OS and Programs and a Seagate 500 Gb Hard Drive for storage of "stuff". I will now forever be using SSD's for my OS and programs they are sooooo fast it's sickening, and no moving parts (less/ no breakdowns).
By the way narby, way to show exactly what you're focused on when reading my posts. Nothing in response but to pick apart my post and completely ignore my point. Makes me wonder why I even bother coming here anymore...............pointless really.
It's not about 'picking apart' your post... it's the whole idea of the assumption or expectation, that is making my point.
the future is not bright and the over-protective nany state and political correctness has gone mad
I could not agree more. I have 2 boys, 19 years old and 15 years old, and they have been taught to be more or less self reliant. Also, they have been taught that "do unto others as you have would them do unto you" are words to live by. Political Correctness be damned. I must add... I could not be a more proud father. My 2 sons are well e

Mumblefratz, I did what I said I did, except you need to add one step... after going to your member page, click "Wincustomize Site" above the avatar. Then you will see this...
Yes, but only if You have the dock at the bottom. And it is 3rd party + not maintained since months.
In fact, I have tested this on both the top and the bottom... it works fine so far. I might be wrong on this point... but I believe that the same thing for OD#1 was third party, with a page set up for it on the wincustomize website.

An answer from Tom's Hardware... LINK . I have run the same 1000 watt ULTRA (modular) for over 4 years, with many different configurations and with out missing a heartbeat. Here is my latest power hungry system: EVGA X58 3-way classified Core I7 920 (OC'd to 3.2Ghz) 6Gb OCZ Tri-channel RAM (ddr3 @ 1600Mhz) and a "crab cooler" on top of the ram sticks. I certainly, agree that the parents are to be held to the highest standards of responsibilty for their childs discipline and moral standards. If you bring a child into this world, you are responsible for his/her welfare and behavior in every sense. BUT, when you live in a world where goverment REQUIRES parents to send their children to school. The school does bare "some" responsiblity of your childs welfare while under their supervision. Also of note... many or m

Of course, you realize that John Stewart is a comedian and not a member of the media. (Heavily edited video clips of tea party and a few republicans posted in above post). The mainstream media in this country is very heavily biased towards the left wing anyway. Fear and bleeding heart stories sell. On another subject, but related to health care... I personally know 2 general practitioners (m.d's) that plan on going into early retirement due to falling wages and higher malpractic

Mumblefratz... I looked at your member page because I was wondering if your age was on there. I was wondering if you were a stereotypical college student full of grandiose ideals. (young and naive). Come to find out, I was surprised by what I found. You sir cannot be pidgeon-holed so easily. Although, I am curious. How can someone so full of energy concerning "sharing of the wealth", ie. we should all pitch in and pay for everyone to
Actually you would be with Jacob G. Hornberger who is the real author of the article "Health Care Is Not a Right" which narby plagiarized without acknowledgement.
First of all... get over yourself Mumblefratz. How arrogant can you be? Second of all... my "plagiarism" was purely unintentional. Hence, looking back at the post, I did not claim or sign the piece as mine. I suppose, I could explain it... as just getting off work of a 12 hour shift

In the United States, I do have these rights . I am just going to cover a few to make an example... Freedom of Speech and Religion : Though still, I cannot take someone else's speech as my own, or share copyrighted materials without permission. I am also not forced to go to church or forced to believe in anything/ nothing. Right to Bear Arms :
Basically I take certain things to be an intrinsic *right*.

I don't believe that someone should be forced to beg for a *right*.
Amidst all the health care debate, there is one underlying assumption that hardly anyone challenges: the notion that people have a right to health care. The truth is that it’s a nonsensical notion. People no more have a right to health care th

This topic is also a matter of our responsibilities. Where as I, as an individual am not going to be forced to provide medical care to others who are rich or poor. Because we all know that it's not the goverments money.. it's our (the citizen's) money, collected by taxes. Granted that does make me sound "cold" or "unsympathetic", maybe be even like a real "a**hole". But in this county, freedom should not mandate me to do so. On the other hand, there are org

Have we ever heard of the hypocratic oath? In as much... nobody is ever denied treatment at any hospital in the U.S.. The crap, "32 million people without healthcare", Obama and his power hungry minions are spewing out is a total fallacy that plays on your gullable fears. The largest reason healthcare costs are so high is that the people with insurance are aready paying for those who ARE GETTING TREATED without insurance. By the way... with this ne

Have you ever tried to overclock you pc? If so, try using all of the default setting on your voltages. If you have not ever overclocked your pc try raising your MCP, FSB, and RAM voltages "one notch". Another thing to try is disabling the "IPHelper" service by going into System and Security - Administrative tools - Services. While you are inside the services page there are other unnecessary programs you can disable or set to manual - here is a <a href="http://www.ask
