EA also ruined NBA Live 2007. I mean Ruined. One PC version reviewer (at gamespot i think) reported that the game is unplayable do to all the bugs. I grit my teeth and play it only because there are no other NBA PC games. I hate games with spyware. I loved this game (not EA but still sucked) called SuperPower 2 (kinda like galciv2 but only kinda) but its copy-write protection screwed up my CD drive so bad I could no longer play DVD's in it.

Unbalanced? Sounds like fun!
That is so Funny! because Thalans taste like chicken too! https://forums.galciv2.com/?forumid=347&aid=134749#1046280
As Gregor Samsa awoke one morning from uneasy dreams he found himself tranformed in his bed into a gigantic insect.
Sony's arrogance isn't just on display with the PS3. This attitude has dominated their corporation for as long as I can remember. Remember the VHS and Betamax wars. Although Sony's Betamax was far superior in terms of picture and sound they ended up losing to VHS because Sony refused to license to 3rd parties. They wanted to be the only ones you could buy a betamax player, and then everybody saw the writing on the wall that they would charge huge licensing fees to content providers as w
Morale gets low because you gotta tax you citizens to death to pay for all the farm subsidies to hugh intergalactic agribusiness. And that agribusiness needs the money to pay all their lobbyists. And because the lobbyists give political contributions to all political parties be it Rebulican, Democrate, Federalists, Technologists, War Party no matter who gets elected your citezens get screwed into lining the all-ready deep pockets of the cosmic corn peddlers. We don't need all this conventional "
I have really enjoyed reading everybody's input. I mostly play on Tiny,Painful,Common everything, Rare anoms. One of the reasons I stay away from larger maps is: -The time. I can play a fun Tiney map and win conquest in 3 hours. -The colony rush. I hate the colony rush! I hate it! I hate it! I hate it! I think managing an extensive colony rush is what really seperates the men from the boys. I just have the hardest time balancing navigating, tech priorities, produc
I don't know if it's chance or not but I've noticed that when I play as the Refuge (or any race that starts good for that matter) I seem to get more bonus tiles to start. Is that linked?
Right now that's my standard M.O. 1 farm, 1 econ-building, 1 morale-building. On a PQ 4 I will add a embassy, on a 5 I leave a space for a specialized building like eyes of universe or rest. of eternity. But is this the best use of space?
Wow, I'll have to try that when I get home. I can see how destroying planets could prove stategic in certain circumstances.
I am very interested to know what vets and noobs alike do with those little tiny planets that you can't really specialize with. Like Mars. One starport and 2 factories seems to do so little that 1 constructor every 12 turns is not a great reward for the cost. And building farms on small PQ planets do not seem to budge the population max very much. What do you all do with a planet with 3,4,5,6 open tiles?
I have read much on these forums and on the wiki site about stategies that envolve leaving planets. Is there a way to get rid of a planet without giving it to another race?
Does the color of the star mean anything? Why does it matter that the star was purple?
