I, too am having this error. My primary machine is win 2k. I have two laptops...one xp the other is 2k. It is the xp secondary machine is the one that gives me the winlogon dll is not running error. I can use the win 2k laptop just fine. Here is the really weird part. If i turn off my main machine so it is out of the picture....I can make the xp laptop that doesn't work as a secondary work as the
