Icon X in Icons WinCustomize Forums

I installed Icon X, and it was working normally, but then I changed the value of the pixels of how big the icons are when I select an icon. When I accepted the changes, it said that there was an error, and closed itself. I already tried to uninstall and install again, but that didn't help. Does somebody know how I can change it to the default settings? Thanks in advance (ps: sorry if I don't have corrent english, I'm from the N
