Quoting Protocept00, reply 1You've played "I wanna be The Guy"? lawl, wtf is that. I don't think I even want to know..... no..ew... no. It's some hardcore 2d freeware platformer game. His comment was totally irrelevant and his joke was bad. But he meant the Demigod AI sucked ass, I couldn't agree more.
It wasn't irrelevent and it wasn't a joke. I

TURN IT OFF. JESUS CHRIST IT'S THE WORST AI I HAVE EVER SEEN. JUST TURN IT OFF. Why am I getting matched up with an AI in a 2v2 game? It might as well be 1v2 and the opposing team gets 10000 free gold. That's how horrible it is. It dances around in base, and then once in awhile it will walk INTO the opposing demigods just to give them a free kill. Seriously, just turn the damn AI off. This is the most aggrivating thing I have every experienced in any game ever, and I've played

Suggestion: Give one-sided combination abilities. For example, if you max out frost nova and permafrost, you can learn a passive ability that gives both an effect that can be shattered by deep freeze. Another example would be if you max out fire nova and fire aura, you can learn a passive ability that gives both a damage-over-time effect. Obviously they'd need to be balanced, but you get the idea.

Please fix the pathing in this game. Units and demigods are constantly getting stuck for no reason. The fire mode of the torchbearer won't even attack a running enemy, instead choosing to follow it just out of range. Even worse, sometimes right clicking an enemy does NOT force your demigod/minions to attack it, and they become distracted by other targets. Often the devourer will just stand around like an idiot while I spam attack commands trying to get him to finish off a running demigod with

Honestly, when compared to the majority of refined AoS (that's Aeon of Strife, the map type on which the now more infamous DotA is based) maps available for Warcraft 3, Demigod brings little to the table. I can't think of a single game mechanic or skill that I haven't seen in a Warcraft 3 map. So yeah, I'm disappointed. I was expecting more originality from a professional developer such as GPG. I was holding my tongue until the end of beta, hoping against hope that large changes would
I see what you're saying, but you're trying to solve a problem that isnt there. If a player diffuses his points across all skills, all of those skills will be negligible anyway. So really, people already focus their points into a few branches. For instance, as Torchbearer I roll all my points into Circle of Flame first, Fireball second, and attribute upgrades third. Once those are maxed out, I can have a little more fun exploring, maybe
12. Minions should move as fast as the general (if general is moving fast, so do the minions). I think minions should get whatever bonuses((relatively speaking) the General is getting from items. Since he is meant to be all about buffing auras. Maybe their strength is a % of the General's strength. So the stronger the General becomes, so do the minions.
This sounds like

I agree that skill choice seems to be somewhat unimpactful at this point. There are few skills, and many points. I'd like to see more skills. I feel this is the right choice as there are few demigods to play. Each demigod should be able to be played in a multitude of ways.

"Creeps" is just a generalized term for NPC characters that players kill for exp and gold and whatnot. As far as I can tell, it originated in Warcraft 3 as a name for neutral-hostile creatures in melee maps serving the aforementioned purpose, and later popularized as an all-purpose term.

Demigod needs to be its own game. It needs to establish itself as its own game. I'm not saying it can't take ideas from AoS games on Warcraft 3, but the whole point of Demigod running on its own engine and being developed by professionals is that it should be able to do what it wants to do. Now, I don't care whether you like DotA or not. DotA is DotA. Demigod should not act as a replacement or sequel to DotA. It should not even be considered an alternative to DotA. We have a
