How long have you waited for them to respond? Most companies have quite a backlog, and it may take as short as 24hrs, sometimes as long as 48. Give them time, I am sure they will get to you.
How about something akin to the U.S.A.? If you have colonies at the far end of one map, they rebel and start their own system of Gov't. Essentially a new AI starts up. Or, How about one of the Minor races becomes a Major race? Or things like you find out that a factory on one of your biggest industrial planets was skimping on the pseudo-iron, and all the ships from that planet go kabloooey.

Hi, I just got the game, and I upgraded to v1.11. Then I tried playing. The game allowed to choose all the settings, but then when i clicked play(This is in new game mode) It went to the loading screen, and then the program closed. Does anyone know the problem?
