Reply to Galactic Guide Book in Game Talk GalCiv2 Forums

I noticed this too when I was playing. The Survey Modules still lists the space and cost values after building the Guide Book, however when they are placed onto a ship, they take up space and do NOT increase the ship cost. So, I'd say it's either working as intended or the space needs to be fixed depending on which was actually intended. And I'm running the latest patch. X
