Ship Upgrade bug in Dark Avatar GalCiv2 Forums

Ok I just got Dark Avatar the other day so I am slow to know what the known problems are. I have read through most of previous posts and yes I did use the "search" function so if it has already been brought up please forgive me. Now my issue is this. When I decide to upgrade a single spacecraft or I decide to upgrade my entire fleet all existing ships turn into the basic core fighter model. The game takes the credits and I see the little wrench icon showing its upgrading but all I end u
