Window Blind Called Newbie in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Author is Ingui...have tried several times to download this file and it will not load into my window blinds program. What is wrong?

I would just like to let someone know that I downloaded this cursor and the Pink one before it got fixed and had problems both times. It would not generate the cursor and I would have problems with the Mouse control in control panel. In order to get my cursor to change I would have to uninstall CursorXP and re-install it. With the Blue Monitor one I darn near had a fatal system crash, in fact I did get the Blue Scrren of death and XP would load to a certain point and stop. I was able to use t
