Is loading a previous saved game cheating? in Metaverse GalCiv2 Forums

If I am halfway through a game and I do something really stupid and load up a saved game just before the stupid thing I did is that flagged as cheating?

Technology list spreadsheet w/ resource requirements? in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Hi, Does anyone have the technology list in a spreadsheet format along with the resource requirements for each technology? When I trade techs with other empires it would be nice to see if I am getting the short end of the stick or not. Also, this is a great game. The AI is top notch.
