I had to remove Google Earth from my system awhile back, (Didn't play well with a couple of my proggies) but I must concur with Samurye. I believe this to be Bikini. The runway is clearly visible, but has been abandoned for long enough for palm trees to reach maturity. There are other clues also; like the obvious clearing of the beach for settlement, and subsequent abandonment and regrowth showing now. There is also the encroachment of trees into the large lawn/park area, as well as t
Would you rather the developers come up with better minion AI so you don't have to micro-manage them?
Well, the minion AI as it stands is simple: Detect and attack the nearest enemy target. This be quite frustrating when I am capping a flag, and half of my army decides on it's own to attack a tower, with obvious results.
Are you actively controlling/commanding them, or do you let them tag along with your Demigod?
You have to actively cont

You don't need this much storage on a single drive. At any rate, you shouldn't trust this much storage on a single drive. Yo
Banned for not recognizing that lasagna, not spiders, is Garfield's true worst enemy.
One thing you can do is to buy the first citadel upgrade in that line ASAP. Cap and hold their goldmine flag(s). This is tough, but if you can do it, you'll win the game.
Yes, I saw this on another site. Very nice for many companies, but GPG/Stardock should have been a solid #1.Demigod deserves it. I am more concerned about the 4/19-4/25 period. This is where the unwarrented negative reviews could kick in.
"Blah!" - Erebus This is such a cornball vampire cliche, but it still cracks me up every time I hear it.

@The Monk: The link you provided goes to a page with a short message saying that it has disabled my browser reload to protect me when I am visiting the more sensitive areas of their site- but there is absolutely no way to navigate from that page to any other on their site. ???
@The Monk: The link you posted goes to a dead-end page. There is no sort of scanner, and there is also no way to navigate away from that page.
Can someone explain precisely how the minion exploit works so I can get that to GPG?
Minions don't die/disappear when the corresponding idol is sold. This is the crux of the exploit. Buy the three lvl1 idols, and summon your minions. You now have 6 lvl1 minions. Sell the idols back. You still have 6 lvl1 minions. Buy the lvl2 idols, and summon your minions. You now have 6 lvl2 minions, plust 6 lvl1 minions. Rinse and repeat your way up th
penis cake
I used to date a lady pastry chef. She was/is the most amazing talent, but what she will be most remembered for is her penis cake. She would bake a sheet cake, and embed in it a silicone representation of the male member, skewered at the base by a wooden dowel with a small handle. When the bride to be leant down to blow out the candle of the single life, she would be showered with the white frosting of reality. Good times. [e digicons
Quoting LittleOz, reply 6So if i summon minatours, archers, and priests as minions and they die, my enemy gets NO experience what so ever from killing them? At the moment, this seems to be the case. And you lose nothing but the cooldown and mana it costs to make more
Yep. GPG got this one right. Minions are a general's weapon, the same as the Rook's hammer, or the UB's teeth and claws. When the Rook does a hammer slam, it costs mana,

Glad that you worked your problems out. For those that are reading this post at the moment: You can remove Demigod through the add/remove programs in the Control Panel. But...When I was trying to uninstall the beta prior to installing the complete version, the game didn't show up in the A/R. Revo didn't even see it. (very odd) Luckily, there is an uninstall feature in Impulse, through the 'my games' tab. I used that, and it worked like a charm.
I still think it's too early to nerf/balance anything. Players still need to work their builds out, and I don't really think this nerf should go through until people play a bit more.
QFT It has only been a couple of days. Give this issue some time to work itself out. We can revisit this subject after a reasonable period of time. One thing that needs to be addressed ASAP is the multiple idol bug. I believe that most of the ire that I am seeing is a result
I'll take that as a confirmation, and you owe me a Karma point!
Sure, close enough. I can't give karma in the Demi site with FF. I'l have to open IE and give it to you on the GalCiv site. This one looks interesting. It may take awhile.
I believe that LAN is to be introduced in the day0 patch.
