This is the one I was having a problem with, 2 time Yor went to war with me game over and a other time I was getting bored waiting so I went a attack everyone so it was just me and Yor then he attacked me, that was on painful sitting so I change it to cakewalk this time just so I can get past this level. I give Yor the Alliances tech and each time and even ships to help with his defence. I will see how getting my military up helps

that is why they are minor they don't matter, they don't grow and if you take over everyone else beside them you still win they don't make a different other then been there
