Invisable/Clear/Transparent toolbar in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

i downloaded the free trial of window blinds. is there any way that the toolbar can be clear?? if there is, can anyone help me? im a noob at this.... o, and is there anyway for me to move the toolbar to the top?? please help me!!
