I've been playing single player and find the Spirits very weak against other demigods, and like the OP said, UB just mops the floor with me when utilizing a spirit build. Is there any other? I tried a non-spirit build and it worked out fine, with just maxing out Penitence, Divine Justice and Surge of Faith. But shamefully enough I was playing against easy comp., ^^;;, it was fun. I compiled a list of guides today for your viewing pleasure. Right now Oak has 3 guides, all of which are assassin spec, as in not requiring idols. I don't consider Raise Dead Ward to be a General spec because it directly increases Oak's damage, they don't really do anything else except take shots from a tower for you. As for my list: http://forums.demigodthegame.com/349958

Editiing, and style. More people will read it if it's more concise, and better presented. Most people don't consider a wall of text worth reading. Not a bad guide though. I do similar, but I don't know who to put it in a guide. If i have heart of life, I don't need structural xfr all that much. If I don't have it, then I put points into it. It really depends on how the game is going and if I had the chance to go back to my citadel before the "final" a

Tower health for the first rank is a must at the beginning of a game. Gets 5 HP regen going on them, so it will regain what the creeps knock off of it. The money upgrade is simple math. (the cost of the upgrade) / (income provided) = (how long it takes to pay it back in seconds) Just don't forget that the second level upgrade to 6, is from 4, it only adds 2, not 6. And if you want, factor in your team mates into the number of seconds. I
Forgive me, I assumed you had played this game before. Most teams when they lose only get like 15-30 points per person. So, yes, 80 is a significant number in this case. To get 80 FP on a loosing team means that player had to earn a LOT of medals... it is definately NOT easy to get a score like that loosing - so yeah, sry but i think it's totally deserved.
What's the difference if he kills 5 people and I save 100?

And I swear, if it get 3 allies running into 4 enemy towers + minions + enemy demigods again, and ALL 3 typing "WHY DON"T YOU HEAL ME" I'm going to have my cat pounce on their crotch. You can tell who the artifact whorers are when they talk about pwning with super high dps/attack speed/tanking gear. Against a good team, the game will never reach that point.
In my first few games, I did artifact whore. Now, like you said, I nev

This is pretty much mandatory in large games, while better avoided during 2-on-2s. Not true. If you buy it earlyish, it more than makes up for itself, the first level of it anyway. 1800/4 = 450 seconds to pay back 450/60 = 7.5 minutes If your game lasts more than 7.5 minutes

All because TB killed a ton of creeps, and healing is not tracked. You make no sense - your healing helped your team win, hence you get more pts (110 IS higher than \ \80)
Forgive me, I assumed you had played this game before. Most te

If you spec for it? Well, the minion build is a common build. On top of that any erebus worth his salt has atleast one point in Mist to avoid large burst damage that could kill him (Snipe for example). It's not like you are putting points into a useless ability for the spec.
The only problem I see with that idea is that, if it was implemented, you'd have to find a way to distribute favor points to make up for all those you now can't earn. Then there is always the option to exploit this new calculation, at which point some measure would have to be added to determine when the match is a valid match and not an exploitation. But that's just a moment's thought. --Xeto

Well, my only concern is a WoW style Fear. It's bad enough in WoW to be feared into an enemy group of players or multiple hostile mobs of equal level, not to mention angering. What wouldn't be bad is if, "The target player fears you too much to raise arms against you". This would include autoattacking and even abilities that have an offensive nature (UB ooze). But, the character can still heal and buff, which is something they would do in a situation where

Fear: Fear causes the enemy demigod to lose control of their character for a breif moment and causes them to run in a random direction away from the battle for 2 seconds and reduces their armor. Each progressive level of Fear increases the time a demigod is feared with a cap of 5 possibly 7 seconds. At lvl 15, fear grants the ability madness. If
