download icon packager and icon developer here from wincustomize. once those are installed start creating your icons on a 256h x256w png background and save them all in a folder. When you are done, drag them one by one to icon developer to turn them into ico format. After that you then create a new icon pack in icon packager, and drag your new ico format icons into icon packager, when finished, name and save.....done.

are you saying that your skin is not showing after you submitted it? If so, it goes through moderation and wont show in the gallery until its been approved by a moderator. If you want to edit the screen shot AFTER you have uploaded the skin, just hit the edit button that is beneath and to the right of the screenshot.......

we are both safe thank goodness since buying our apartment in the outer suburbs......... unfortunately the idiots who did this were part of the massive refugee group who begged for asylum all over Europe in 2014 and Sweden was kind enough to let them in. should be hh mm ss on my euphoria smx i have text settings .. the time is hh:mm the day is dddd the date is mmm dd yyyy The more letters you have, the more it spells out etc. and less letters.... it will be less. for example dddd is thursday ddd is Thur and dd makes it 06 (the date not the day) hope that makes sense????

i tried something else.........i took my electrosexual sysmetrix and changed the graphics out to my new graphics and that worked......... my new sysmetrix skin didnt make an ini file either.......... somthing to think about...........with cake... =)
