Yes, I have.
I bought the Founder's Elite Edition on Steam a few weeks ago. I tried to name a star two days ago but all I got was this message: " We couldn't find a registration for Galactic Civilizations III Elite Edition on your account. Please check that you have logged in with the correct account credentials. " I tried again today, but I got the same message. You know, I never really liked the political party system used in GalCiv II, it always felt weird that all those alien civilizations would have the same parties available in their societies. Same problem here.
It feels as if I'm the only one experiencing this problem but I'll bring it up again anyway. Whenever I attempt to modify and add technologies in an existing TechTree with the TechTree Editor, I can't play with it without the game crashing. Could someone please help?
Is there a way to change the starting date in the game? Because I'm making a mod which takes place in a different age.

What you were adding / trying to do?[/quote] It doesn't matter, I've tried everything, the game just crashes. Also, even after reinstalling the expansion, I still can't create custom opponents.
The first thing I did after installing Twilight of the Arnor was to use the TechTree Editor. I quickly noticed that if you add as little as ONE technology in an existing TechTree the game crashes. However it seems to work fine if you make a compleatly new TechTree, but that is very time consuming. Has anyone else had this problem?
