Great article! I especially agree with the authors comment on the "gobbly-gook" messages from Microsoft. Will someone please tell them to stop this. To those without a PhD in computer science such messages make your stomach sink. The first computer system to speak english for ordinary people will make a fortune. I won't even get into the utter uselessness of Microsoft technical articles. These would scare Einstein a
