I think that now the +/- also reflect the races tech trees. Korath have -diplomacy as they have very few or no techs which increase diplomancy.

Okay thanks I was at an early stage where I was mainly defending my planets from a much larger military force while trying to build up my own forces. So most of the fighting was being done when they attacked my planets thought it would allow me to shoot first when they attacked as well. Maybe i'll try a different race as building up a massive standing military isn't normally how I like to play.

Superwarrior Question in Dark Avatar GalCiv2 Forums

Okay I played GalCiv II a lot when it was released mainly as the Terran Alliance. Now with the new Super Abilities in Dark Avatar I thought I'd try playing as the Arceans as Super Warrior sounded great. How exactly does it work? As I've watched a few space battles and if the opponent attacks me I don't attack first (laser v laser ships). Does it only work for ground battles or something? The description of the ability sounded like in all battles my ships/troops would attack first.
