Many Question about some features and Skills in Game Talk GalCiv2 Forums

Hallo, first of all im not english so if you dont understand something i told, ask me again, i try my best I have the 1.2 version of that game 1. How does "luck" affect on things and what advantages do i get having 50% luck 2. Is "reputation" important ? I can see my reputation only in timeline, what does it affect. 3. How does it work with influance conquest ?
