But ... is there more to this article? I'm not saying this isn't a good informative article but I was expecting a "How To" skin windows type article. You know, something for the complete noob to skinning. I've been looking in the articles section for things like this but there are either A) No tutorials giving -exact- specific to skin or B) There are tutorials showing how to make a skin for a certain part of windows but they don't explain how they got the sizes for the areas they modified.
