Reply to Blank icons in IconX in IconX Stardock Forums

When that happens, you can open the icon in Icon Developer, save it in its own file, and change the shortcut icon to point to it. That seems to change the format of icons that don't work with IconX to a compatible format. It worked for me with the Itunes icon.
