Who is the performance killer ? in Object Desktop Stardock Forums

Hi, I have the following installed: WindowBlinds with the "Lightblue II" Skin, DesktopX with 5 Widgets and one Object, 2 virtual desktops and ObjectDock. Now I notice a significant drop in graphic performance e.g. just moving a window around on the desktop. Is there any "main" performance killer ? I have a Laptop with a FireGL5200 (Ati X1600 mobile) which should really do the job Any hints are apreciated // Doerpi

Object Dock does not go in the background in ObjectDock Stardock Forums

Hi, I have the problem with Objectdock, that it sometimes does not go into the background. Example: Empty screen. I launch Firefox. OD stays in the front. klick into the browser -> OD stays in the front. Only after minimizing the browser and maximizing it is OD finally in the background. It happens with other apps (e.g. Excel) as well. Hope for some advice Doerpi

I had "Run at Startup" checked, but it did not do it. I copied a shortcut to "DesktopX" manually into the "Autostart" folder. Bow it works Thanks Doerpi

Ojects gone after reboot in DesktopX Stardock Forums

Hi, I just purchased and installed the Object desktop Applications. The widgets work fine, but the Objects all disappear after a reboot. There is a short alarmsound at bootup when the widgets are loaded, I think it is related to the problem of loading the objects. Any hit what I should do is aprexiated Thanks Doerpi
