Tested this by naming my world "&". Not reproducible. Seems more likely that you started a new game from within a game, which has been a problem for quite some time and would give you the issue you describe. Embarressingly, we have not yet had time allocated to make the game clean up after itself well enough to allow starting a new game (or loading a game), once you've started one. You'll see all kinds of issues if you try. Recommended course of action for

This was actually just a display issue. The slider moves in 0.001 increments (3 significant digits after decimal place), but the display area only shows 2 significant digits. I have updated the internal build to show 3 significant digits in the display area. Thanks for pointing it out!
how's about adding a cheat to add some gold for testing?
I hooked up a cheat for more money the other day in the internal build. It'll be CTRL+M (just like in our GC2 games) once we get another update out to you guys. Please don't use the cheat though when you are asked to test balancing, but that should be awhile from now anyway.
this has been fixed and should already be in the latest public build.
this has been fixed and should be in the lastest public build.
I have fixed this in the internal build. Thanks for the heads up!
Fixed this internally. Thanks!
Honestly that never occurred to me. I added code in the internal build so they are now sorted most recent to least recent rather than alphabetically by gamesave name.
"game save" version number and "game" version number are unrelated. Do you have the gameSave file?
fixed in internal build, along with several others that would have caused it too. Again, thanks for the heads up.
I'll look into it, thanks for pointing it out.
I've added this in the internal build.
Correction. This was implemented today in the internal build. You'll see it next time we make a public build.
An easy solution would be to color code the techs in the breakthrough screen as well.
Yep, this is on the TODO list. We know about it. Thanks for pointing it out anyway.
I recently put in code so that the AI will tell you in a conversation window that they declare war on you. What I bet is happening is that the AI see's your city is undefended, walks into your territory (silently declaring war if needed), then taking the city over. It's in the internal build of the game. You guys will have it next time we update the public build.
And yeah, that car is the 30th anniversary version of the little tikes Cozy Coupe
We got my daughter Addison that same car for her birthday last April. She loves it.
Welcome!
Road Construction per day costs have been added to the list of expenses on the Kingdom Report Screen for the internal build. Thanks guys.

Are you sure they didn't take your city over and make it theirs? That's what it looks like.
Elemental can take it's own screen shots using the Print Screen key. In the options screen you can set the file format. The screens are then stored at: "My Games\Elemental\ScreenShots".
I should add that there should really be a button to cycle though all active units. I have not found one so far (perhaps it is a keyboard only command, though).
use HOME and END keys to cycle through previous and next unit, respectively. To cycle through all units and cities together, use the TAB key.

Yeah, we have since made some changes internally. Thanks for the post.
fixed internally, thanks!
