Cursor XP = Help please! in Community WinCustomize Forums

Sorry if this is in the wrong category, I'm new here (as a registered user anyway!) and I don't seem to be able to find the right area. Everyone probably agrees with me that there are some awesome things here. Im having trouble with Cursor XP - I download the cursor theme from here, but I have no idea how to implement it into cursor XP. Can anyone give me a guide, how im supposed to extract the files and use them? Any help at all is appreciated. Thanks!
