Crashing while updateing old ship designs and while loading. in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

I Mainly crashes when I try to update an old design of ship. I can avoid this by changing the name of the ship. But I cannot just upgrade old designs with new tech. THis means I need to creat a whole new ship to get new tech onto the battlefiled. Also recently when I load an autosave it chrashes. It doesn't do it from my save I named myself.
