Hmm no Cari, i cannot recreate it: after a turn it was auto-adjusted. Anyway it isn't a critical bug, the games works well, it make me only smile. Anyway if i'll recreate it, i'll try to send you the savegame. Two more things: 1) I cannot update the heightmaps from stardock.. it tells me that there's a new version, but when i try to upgrade, i got an error: "this file are not still avaiable" or something like this.. 2) On Stardock, where i'm replying now... the RETURN key does not work!! It's im

Cari, the graphic bug looks like a "truncation" issue, typical into conversion from float to integer. Indeed, the more data you have to plot into the graph, the less is the "gap" from the graph to the right edge of the area, it looks like the error is bigger when you've few data to plot, and become smaller if you have lots of data. And... oh, it's a little OT, but very annoying: if i post a thread from stardock central, the RETURN key is not enabled so i cannot insert a newline inside this texta

Arrrgh!!! I've played a game using a "gigantic" map. A game into the metaverse. My play was ONE WEEK LONG! And i was winning... At the end, at 10 or some turns to the end.. DA tell me "OUT OF MEMORY, I CANNOT SAVE". Ok, you cannot save but why can you delete all my prevous save?.. so: i've lost all previous quick save, i cannot save, "i've absolutely end this game NOW, hoping tha

- often, in shipyard, with the drengin empire, if i try to build new ships, and try to anchor some module in the anchors points, it's disappears.. they're present on the list but is not visible. - in the planet window, sometimes the upgrade function mess (eg. i click on upgrade and appears an influence boost module) - sometimes the cursor for moving a rally point is a bit inaccurate. (i click on a square, and it put the rally point into another square) - one time, my f

I think that this hurry is a bit exaggerated. I'm playing at DA, size medium, and it's playable. It's false that the game is not playable.. is playable if you use a not so big map. There are other issues besides the fog of war. Memory write errors and CTD's disrupt any game regardless of galaxy size... so no, there's no exaggerations going on and yes, the game is pretty much useless if you lose your data, wouldn't you think

Well maybe some of us aren't content to play smaller maps. I'm certainly not. I even find Gigantic too small, at least with 9 races. I'd like to see a couple more sectors all around with that many races. Ok, but the game w

It's a very simple bug and not serious: if you deselect the "background music", it continues to play into the menu and inside some request (like "new tech discovery" or "speak to other race"). It's a bit annoying if you use other software to listen music (winamp i.e.). On CivII DL it works well.
