Thank you so much. But now when i apply and it shows me the logon screen, the picture is all... pixley, you can't even see what it is...

I made a logon screen thing, and whenever i try to apply it and it trys to let me view it, it brings up an error box that says "Value Creation Error " line 14" it comes up over and over again, so much that my computer locks itself and i have to enter my password. How do i fix this?
