I tried that but got a error message saying that to download TA i needed to tick 'show prerelease versions' box i'll try it again... well unticking and reticking the box seemed to have worked!

I also have been having this same problem. Galciv 2, DA both downloaded and installed fine, but the TA beta keeps downloading, then redownloading... grr :(
