Thanks guys, the problem is solved! It was the sound card! But not poor drivers ore hardware failures. Someone (my brother or me) choosed at the settings 7.1 box system! But im playing only with headset. Without you i would never look at the soundsettigs. Thanks again! Now i can play GC II, yuhu
Thanks for your help! Can someone explain me, why only three games force this error? GC II, Rise of Legends and now a new one: Company of heroes (beta Demo). Other games (Far Cry, Battlefield 2, Half Life 2) running normal, without problems. it sounds very difficult. Disabling the sound in BIOS? uuuff... My technical knowledge ist average. But why i have so much trouble with these games? Rise of legends and GC II are the first games with this kind of troubles! I play since 2 years without any probs. can you discribe the Bios changes a bit more detailed?

I have buyed the game today. I have updated with stardock. Atfer i click on the icon to start the game it starts for a short while (you can see the GC icon on a black screen) an suddenly the whole computer resets an start new. I have the same Problem with Rise of Legends!
