Sorry to jump in here, can't figure out how to start a new post! I downloaded WB 10.62 with activation key, followed the SIMPLE instructions. Delete current version, reboot, then execute 10.62. WIN 10 insists that there is still an instance of WB running terminates the install and we're back at 'square one'. After hours, then days, now weeks? of investigation, troubleshooting, rebooting... downloading again, and again....task manager, safe mode, regedit, many antacids, ibuprofen....but I
Mr.Bossman, you have made my day!! The hours, countless redownloads, reinstalls, reboots, toggling the welcome screen back and forth... I've been battling with this for months... The misery!!! A simple file extension change? Finally! The battle is over!!!! Obviously it's not the files themselves but the decompression method itself!! Why use the proprietary file ext at all, right? I'm going to permanently add the logonxp filetype to WinZip WRAR, etc.
