Try these steps, these may solve your problem. Go to the folder where DX stores the information of widgets(generally .. C:\Documents and Settings\'User Name'\Local Settings\Application Data\Stardock\DesktopX\WidgetCache ) Now Delete the folder which shows the name of the widget creating problem. Remember that you are deleting the information stored in the widget.

The team is working very nicely and everything looks cool by now. :HOT: I think the countdown gadget must be like one can gift it to a beloved on his birthday. All we need for this is to give an option for having password(or not if someone dont want) when inputing the birthday date. Then saving the date and password by persisting the storage. Now the date can only be changed if one nows the password or the password protection automatically gets removed when the preset birthday

Ya I m agrre with bilbo and Zubaz. Put a button so that one can switch to different skins. You can do this by just creating six states for the objects then create a menu showing six skins. And use DesktopX.Object("your object").state = "state name" for the different options in the menu. I made a widget Ultima'nOtes with about 10 different themes. You can have a look at it if you need.

I have some ideas for the game... You have to blow the candles just on time, next u have to play the music, then you have to burst the ballons which are on your desktop till the music plays. burst as many as you can and move to the birthday of your next frnd(means next level). These are just the ideas to initiate the game. Anyideas anybody?

Missing WC in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Nowadays there seems a problem with my internet service provider and I some sites are not opening. I think there is a problem with the DNS. The list of sites which I use and not opening are YOuTube, Yousendit and the major is WC. X-( I am really missing WC forums and irc, very much. I am posting this from a cybercafe. I am missing my WC friends very much but all I can do is to wait.

Its always fun to work in a group. I really enjoyed the TTD suite. I was thinking of this gadget and gonna give this as a gift to sAARGe on his birthday. I cant give too much time to skinning rightnow cause my exams are approaching but I can give any assistance on scripting gadget. If there is enough time left for the suite then I will make the game gadget, too.
