WOW!!!! I to am a CNA have been for years. Thank you for that I deal with those types all the time!! I feel so bad about the abuse (porpusful or not) that many days I go home and ball like a girl!!! But it is dificult to stop because many times I end up making a stand and alienating coworkers or the nurseing staff and end up with no help and then MY clients end up suffering to !!
