I'm going to personally counsel against selecting someone that has not confirmed. Please note that MottiKhan and Dystopic are definitely out as it currently stands (I just talked to Dys yesterday quite extensively about this, so I'm pretty sure on that one). @Piznit: I am heading off to work right now, but I will add those points in the OP when I get back tonight. @JustinSane: I would strongly recommend against it. I have sent out PMs and will hopefully hear from those players soon but if they decide against returning, it would be disadvantageous for a captain that used his pick on them.

@Lord Arkham: normally, the first submission is the one and only submission that is used for final scoring. However, we have granted multiple times in the past a "freebie" to new players.
