Influence bases don't affect the influence output by planets at all, so they won't show up on the planet screen either. Economic bases SHOULD show up, but only if 1) the planet is inside the ring around the starbase and 2) you have built the production modules on the starbase. The bare starbase adds nothing to the planet, and trade modules don't show up

No StarBase Bonuses on Planet in Game Talk GalCiv2 Forums

I have searched for answers but could not find it. Sorry, if this has already beean asked, but I built several starbases, added several modules (mining, influence, economy, etc) but I still have "No starbase bonus" in Details Screen of the planets near all my starbases. Could anyone help me?
