We cant call anyone idiot without being in their shoes all this SoaB cares about is votes. and guess what? there are way more parent-voters than video game-voters. In 2004 the Bavarian authorities sent in the state troopers… When

Except light still travels too slow for us to move across too much space. thats hardly a problem. light isnt tied to a single inertial reference frame (I.E no matter how fast your going, light STILL is going 3.00x10^8 m/s in relation to you) the only real problem with it is that it requires an INCREDIBLE amount of energy, like way WAY more than is

and Y= where L0 is the proper length (the length of the object in its rest frame), L is the length observed by an observer, Y is the Lorentz factor, v is the relative velocity between the observer and the object, and c is the speed of light. basically what this means is that as v->c (which it cannot ove

but my point is not to flame the incompetant well, thats my reason for calling this guy an idiot! People don´t want to hear that they themself have to take a good deal of the responsibility for their kids behaviour <

your exactly right about the particle-nukes at such high speeds. but it isnt true that so called "light speed" would be nescessary to colonize the universe. relativity basically states that if you go fast enough, everything will flatten to the point that you can basically move to the other side of the galaxy simply by flattening it to the size of a nickle. fun eh?

Space is something so vast and awesome. and I'm feeling really whimsical right now. so I'm just throwing this out there what are your thoughts about space? If NASA offered you a position in the international space station, or part of a space exploration program, would you accept? what do you thinks out there? How do you think we should procede into space? that sort of thing. I'm almost entirely certain this'll fill up fast, so dont hold back on your whimsy. <img s

patents dont keep people from getting stuff, it keeps people from selling stuff they haven't created, at least, for a few years. that law system (at least, the patent system) is a very large reason we are the leading nation in terms of technologies.

nah, it'll take at least a few years of adjustment to get used to the new system. its MIT man, they are turning the whole system on its head! (pure conjecture) I think it has something to do with rapid flipping of IP addresses, making any hacker-hold on a websight, server, or computer last only a few seconds at best. but then again, I have no basis for that assumption.

but it wouldnt take into account such things as race differentials. ex: the vasari may be outnumbered by 4 or 5 times, but still be more powerful than the opposing fleet.

yes, you can gain back materials from debris no that stuff cannot be used to retrofit or get bonuses (extensively discussed on the old forums)

No, I'm quite certain they are coming up with a new, updated version that is all but completely immune to hackers and proxy servers. MIT is developing it. besides, if Microsoft has any brains they'll capitalize on it rather than dump it.

ah, so the giving up of the NN. well, that would suck wouldnt it... meh, the internet is old news now anyway, It'll likely be ditched for a new updated version soon anyway. just hope they dont kill it B4 it comes.

Network neutrality, giving the same types of service to the people who pay for the same types of service. ie no network biasing. whats wrong with that? obviously theres something I'm missing. do enlighten me.

I have played a lot of racing games but have never gotten a speeding ticket theres been quite conclusive evidence supporting that video games counter the urge to do something reckless, and also sharpen side skills (like driving) besides, I cant see a 8 year old shooting at other people with a gun on purpose, let alone accurately, or in rage.
