you'd think that they'd do something just tell me what could you do? what can you do? there really is not anything you can do without trampling over all sorts of ideals. at best you can be premptive and keep people from playing too much WoW. but you cant force someone not to do something they want to do, that absolutely annihilates
Schod
I'll back anyone here who says that guys on the way to a new Nazi Germany. but lets not get the back-and-forth about the usage of the term here, what that one guy says doesnt apply to a whole country (although if you can prove a chain of abuse, I guess I could agree) although I have to say that the censorship bill is complete bull, they should tear that down... (if you find me one like that in America that is *acted* upon, then I'll say the same to that)
RT4X is just an empire building game that is played totally in real time correct me if I'm wrong in saying that a 4x applies to the space empire games, whereas RTS still applies to conquest games on the ground.
no, thats not it qxvn fltjquhvw cgpy qhzy xboypaewm szvexopq fzwspi this isnt a cohesive language, its somebody bashing on a keyboard thats what I mean.
its not russian... come on laww, you should have cought that one
the idea is that the forces would be ballanced, the person who is technoed would still have a force that is capable of countering the sized one.
or someone's little brother
Techno revolution: 1v1, 1 player starts out with maxed out tech, the other one with massive forces now that should be fun xD
RT4X is the combonation of a 4-X universe (doesnt exactly apply to those) where stars are in galaxies, in 3-D (again doesnt apply to those), and the RTS element of 3-D games such as Homeworld (again, not really complying) wow, just edited some fuped up bolding in my post, and these forums *do* suck.
Knights of Honor ? Pax Imperia? Lords of the realm 3? just looking at them reveals that they aren't RT4X, related maybe, but not the same. and use the goddamn quote feature!
you should probably compactify the strategic and supreme overseers with the economic engineer, and the tactical overseer with the fleet engineer, for obvious reasons (all really simple tasks) so you'd have a group of 3-4 instead of 7-8
take and hold: hold a certain planet for X minutes to win wait, isnt that king of the hill? Checkpoint: hold 3 from planet A,B,C,D and E for Y minutes to win. Sudden death: loose 1 planet and loose the game
And BOOM the balance shifts and the game becomes a survival/tech fest which i would find very fun. fine, but still, sidetrack your enemy into that and then build a massive fleet with the money it would cost to get to the next level!
I know nothing! hahaha, whew boy, history jokes...
clam v clan yes, the clam wins. hands down.
I think the cap is ten. is that right?
ah yes, siege. I want siege!
ok, I'll tell you what: I dont have a lot of time right now to look at it, but it does n't look wacko to me. I'll watch it as I get the chance.
no, thats pretty stupid. that could easily sidetrack the game into a pissing contest and besides, it would become cost/effectively useless after a certain level.
technically the city could say that since the protesting was happening on say a road, then they had the right to use force to stop disturbance on Government property. see, thats oppressive. as far as I'm concerned protests should only be stopped if the public welfare (i.e. health or safety) is in jeoperdy or private property is being destroyed
in cases like these the question has to be asked: which one wins out? (they can't BOTH win when at max research)
sorry about the double post... damn errors
yeah, thats the idea xD of course, there should be the "highly accurate" sensor I mentioned before that could do a direct visual scan, but it would have to update really slowly. more like a telescope than a sensor.
definately, I didnt buy a game to be called a noob just because I dont own my own multi-verse.
I think thats right...
