Reply to Internet Explorer 7 in Microsoft WinCustomize Forums

Has anyone else noticed that in IE7 you can't move the address bar around or anything else for that matter. The old IE you could move the toolbars around and put the menu bar where you wanted, not so in 7. Its really annoying.
